Hannah Bostock, Owner/Director

When Hannah finished studying Performing Arts at University back in 2000 she went out to Hong Kong to teach Children English and Drama. After returning to the UK she started working as a Nanny in Gloucestershire and then in London.

When her role as a Nanny in 2004 came to an end she found herself in the Tinies office recruiting nannies and childcarers! After a two year gap from Tinies, Hannah has been renovating houses and having her own baby.

She then returned as the owner of Tinies Central London, and later Tinies Wales and Tinies Bath & Wilts with her husband Dom.

Hannah's combination of childcare background and recruitment knowledge enables her to help her team match the right families to the right nannies.

Hannah and her team also run and coordinate the exciting new mobile creche department for the area. If you're looking for a creche for that special event (weddings, christenings, corporate events), or need to organise a child's party, then contact Hannah.

Dominik Walkiewicz, Owner/Director

Dominik's originally from Poland and has been in the UK for 10 years; his background has been in construction and project managing. His wife Hannah started her career with Tinies in 2003.

In 2008 Hannah managed to twist Dominiks arm into buying their first Tinies franchise in Central London. With their second baby on the way, Dominik, having overseen Tinies Central London, decided to turn his back the world of construction and set up their second franchise - Tinies Wales.

With continued success running the other franchises, Dom and Hannah have expanded into Bath & Wilts.

With the backing of a great team Tinies Bath & Wilts will be sure to deliver all areas of Childcare.

Ella Bunting

Ella runs the nanny desk and assists with all other aspects of running Tinies Bath and Tinies Wales, including nurseries, creches and emergency childcare.

After completing a Drama degree, Ella worked as a regional manager for a fundraising company in Bristol, before taking the step towards childcare recruitment.

Ella has childcare experience covering shifts in nurseries and working as a part time nanny. She's also studying part time to gain her PGCE, to become a qualified teacher. This includes one day a week in a local school.

Ella's love and knowledge of children and experience as a manager and recruitment consultant has enabled her to fit in well alongside the team to keep Tinies going.
