After 3 years studying at The Henley College, I gained my Btec National Diploma in Nursery Nursing and went on to Nanny for various families in Berkshire and Oxfordshire spanning over 12 years in total.
In July 2006, I joined Tinies and took over the Nanny desk covering all of Berkshire for Nannies, Babysitters, Emergency Nannies on a temporary, permanent, full or part-time basis.
With over 12 years Nanny experience in childcare as a Nanny myself, I have the knowledge, expertise and understanding of both the families and the Nannies requirements and expectations.
Using this experience, our aim is to provide excellent Nannies that are the perfect match for the individual families needs. Claire Davis
Claire joined Tinies Berkshire Nannies in November 2009 after working as a Product Manager for an I.T distributor for almost 10 years. During that period she was accountable for managing the accounts of major customers, managing a stock portfolio, finding cost effective solutions and providing outstanding customer care.
Claire started the role as a receptionist before moving to customer care where she gained many skills including the ability to communicate with all types of people both face to face and on the telephone, dealing with discrepancies and admin matters. After working in customer care for 3 years she progressed into sales and eventually worked her way up to become a brand specialist product manager.
She is thoroughly enjoying the challenges of recruitment and feels particularly proud when placing a nanny with a family... helping to achieve a positive outcome for both client and candidate.
