Richard is a highly experienced business manager. He has been Managing Director of a number of companies in the UK and overseas. Throughout his career he has always placed the highest importance on ensuring that all levels of staff were carefully recruited and then trained so that they were suitable for their role.
He is the father of two sons. Both have left home and are happily married but Richard has fond memories of bringing them up. They each attended nursery in Richard's home city of Sheffield which gave Richard an understanding of the importance of good childcare. This experience is being relived as Richard's step grandson attends a nursery in Leicestershire and Richard is closely observing the care and attention being shown to him.
Richard has a clear understanding of the recruitment process for Childcarers and will do all he can to represent any child carer as long as he feels that they would be able to be employed to care for Richard's own immediate family and those close to him.
Customer service has always been a major part of Richard's business philosophy and he will therefore do everything he can to ensure that your childcare requirements are met in a timely and courteous manner.
He is readily contactable so please ring him to discuss your requirements.
Jane Wharton, Consultant
Jane originates from Cheshire, graduated from Greenwich University, and then spent 10 years as a full time mother to her two sons before embarking in a career in public service which included a period in a senior role associated with Leicester City Council.
This position involved large scale recruitment and extensive staff training, so Jane is well used to interviewing and evaluating candidates. She is very much aware of the need to appoint personnel that will meet the needs and expectations of clients, which she is well placed to appreciate will be very high when it comes to looking after their precious offspring.
Recently, Jane has become a grandmother and is taking great joy in experiencing her grandson's development, and she has been involved in the identification and selection of the nursery he attends; particularly helping to ensure that both mother and son are happy with his new environment, and that the quality of the care given to him reaches the highest possible standards.
This has been a valuable and pleasant task, which has further increased Jane's knowledge of child carers, and the childcare they give, based on their experience, qualifications and personality.
Jane looks forward to hearing from you.
