Amanda Linington, Managing Consultant

I initially worked in industry at senior management level. Following the birth of my three boys I returned to University to complete a teaching degree in Technology, and spent some years working in secondary schools.

During this time I became increasingly frustrated at the lack of childcare options available for working families. I decided to rectify this for other working families and set up Tinies Three Counties, two years later I acquired Tinies Oxfordshire.

Tracey Blakemore, Nursery/Nanny Desk Consultant

Tracey came to Tinies in April 2009 having working in Industrial and Hospitality Recruitment for 8 years before relocating to Upton-Upon-Severn.

As a Mum of two grown up children she totally understands the importance of finding the right childcarer for your children and aims to provide excellent customer service, as she knows how frustrating it is when someone says they are going to call back and they don't.

She is totally committed to the quality of service she offers to her clients and only uses Nannies she knows are able to fulfil her clients' requirements. Additionally she is determined to find candidates their 'perfect' jobs since she knows all too well that this leads to all-round contentment.

Since dealing with the nurseries Tracey has found new permanent members of staff from Nursery Assistants Nursery Nurses and Nursery Managers. Tracey believes that with her vast recruitment experience she brings with her the knowledge and resourcefulness to deliver solutions to all recruitment dilemmas.

Charlotte Quinton, Administration Assistant

Charlotte has joined us having just completed her A-levels. She is responsible for all the office administration and manning the switchboard.

Her main aim is to underpin the nursery and nanny desk so that our consultants can focus on the recruitment side of the business. Ultimately she aspires to become a consultant herself.
