Our Team

Dominik's originally from Poland and has been in the UK for 10 years; his background has been in construction and project managing. His wife Hannah started her career with Tinies in 2003.

In 2008 Hannah managed to twist Dominiks arm into buying their first Tinies franchise in Central London. With their second baby on the way, Dominik, having overseen Tinies Central London, has decided to turn his back the world of construction and set up their second franchise - Tinies Wales.

Tammy comes to Tinies with an extensive and broad background in childcare. She has worked in both a nursery setting as a nursery manager in South Africa, and as a sole charge nanny in the UK.

Tami also comes to Tinies with excellent background in nanny recruitment. Her wide range of childcare experiences enables her to be empathetic to the needs of both the parent and the nanny. Tami is always willing to offer any advice to families or nannies and to help in any way that she can.

Sanah has recently joined the Tinies Central London team as the administration consultant and recruitment support. Sanah studied Health and Social care at college and went on to do many placements in nurseries and schools throughout London to gain experience within the childcare sector.

During studying Health and Social care she decided to pursue a career working in a childcare based environment and thought Tinies was the perfect place to combine childcare and administration.

Alice is the newest member of our team here at Tinies Central London and has joined as our Live-In and Temporary Consultant.

Having gained a degree in Ancient History from the University of Edinburgh, Alice spent a year working in, and learning about, the wine industry. She has travelled extensively through India and South East Asia.

Alice is very empathetic to a parents and candidates needs and works hard to match the right family with their ideal nanny.

Alice is always available to offer any advice to parents on the live in and temporary market and looks forward to working with our new and existing clients.
