Nicola Munck, Managing Consultant

As a mum Nicola empathises with the pressures of combining your family with a career and the importance of having the right childcare.

Following a year back at work in London after maternity leave, these factors led Nicola to explore alternative career options which led to Tinies Oxfordshire.

Nicola has worked for 20 years at a senior management level in industry with responsibility for HR; training; recruitment; nutrition; menu planning; hygiene and health and safety. Nicola is therefore well placed to partner parents, nurseries and child carers to ensure everyone's needs are met to the highest standard. Tinies service to parents is one that is efficient and professional whilst understanding thoroughly their requirements.

Using this experience, we provide excellent Nannies and childcarers that are the perfect match for the individual families and nurseries needs. Tinies are the market leaders in Childcare and believe in delivering a proactive, honest and efficient service. Issy Robinson

Issy joined Tinies Oxfordshire after taking time off to be with her two daughters (now aged 10 and 5). Issy spent her childhood in Oxfordshire and moved back to the area a year ago.

She was previously Manager of the permanent department at The Nanny Service in London and worked for several years at Childminders Babysitting Agency, also in London. Many, many years ago, Issy was a Nanny to a family in Oxford with 4 children - so she has experience of being a Nanny, a Mother and a Nanny Recruiter (not in order of preference!).

Issy is delighted to be back at work and is going to be working during term time on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. She will be helping Nicola with all aspects of the recruitment and placement of temporary and permanent Nannies in Oxfordshire.
