Our Team

Della joined Tinies in 2006 and has been part of many happy beginnings between parents and nannies. She has a wealth of experience in childcare and is Level 3 qualified. Prior to having her children, Della worked for a London University as well as a Sunday Newspaper.

Della is also a mum to 2 teenagers and is empathetic to the joys and tribulations that parents and children can face. She can offer parents advice and expertise from a professional and personal approach.

Her Ethos is to provide love and nurturing for their children and to ensure that parents are in the knowledge that their children are well cared for. Likewise for nannies, she looks to make happy placements where they build fantastic relationships with parents and children.

Tanya has just recently joined Tinies as a Nursery Consultant. Previously she worked for the National Childminding Association where she advised childminders and nannies.

Tanya is a qualified NAMCW NVQ Level Two Nanny with 7 years experience.

She understands that it is important to get the right balance between employer and employee and that it is a balanced and good working relationship.

Sophie is the Administration and Recruitment support for Tinies South East London, Tinies Kent and Tinies Maternity. Sophie joined Tinies in 2010 as part time 4 days a week before being made permanent full time in 2011.

Sophie graduated from West Kent College last year where she was studying the ILEX level 3 secretarial course.

Sophie enjoys the experience of constant contact with candidates and clients, building relationships with both candidates and clients, being a helping hand to each consultant and stepping into consultant?s shoes when absent and working as part of a great team.

Joining Tinies was a great opportunity to put her secretarial skills to practice!
