Hannah qualified with her NNEB in 1998 and started her career within a Nursery setting and progressed up the ladder to Management. She then went and worked for Mark Warner holidays completing a summer season in Greece as a Head of Department and then a winter season in Val d?Isere as a Creche Manager for one of their hotels.

Once returning home Hannah wished to stay within the childcare industry and joined Tinies in 2004 as a Nursery Consultant and in 2007 was promoted to Nursery Recruitment Manager and in 2009 was promoted to Operations Manager for the team and to run the busy Nanny desk.

Hannah has a passion for childcare and always strives to make sure that the families in Surrey find the right nanny and the nurseries find the right members of staff.

Hannah is also the main point of call if clients require a mobile creche facility in London, for their wedding, training day, corporate function or conference. We can also provide an event nanny or babysitting service.

Hannah believes with the Tinies SW London team provides a fantastic and knowledgeable service to their nurseries, clients and childcares.

Lindsey is a qualified NNEB and has worked in various childcare settings over the last 12 years. She has worked as a Nursery Nurse, building her career up to Nursery Manager of day nurseries and creches. She has also had experience working alongside medical professionals in a children's hospital.

Lindsey has worked for small independent nurseries and large day nursery chains in and around the Surrey area so has a good knowledge of how nurseries work and the calibre of staff they require.

Lindsey joined Tinies in May 2009 as the Temporary Nursery Consultant for Surrey and also became involved in Tinies SW London's newest project which was Hillcroft College a residential woman's college in Surbiton.

Lindsey helped to set up a fully Ofsted registered creche and after school facility at Hillcroft, when we were asked to take over their existing arrangements which was to cater for the students who were studying at the college with young children. Hillcroft is a national educational charity for women. Since its foundation in 1920 it has constantly evolved to respond to the educational needs of women.

Lindsey has been running the childcare setting at Hillcroft successfully for over a year, and had a huge success with our first summer playscheme. Recently the Tinies creche has become a day nursery offering external places; Tinies @ Hillcroft Day Nursery and Tinies Top Club, for older children.

After qualifying as a teacher from Southampton University, Stephanie decided to gain further experience working with children and worked as a nanny for Mark Warner and VIP SKI. She completed two summer and two winter seasons working in Greece, Corsica and the French Alps. She was promoted to Head Nanny within these seasons.

Stephanie wanted to continue working in the childcare industry and joined Tinies working as a Nanny Recruitment Consultant when she moved back to the UK.

Stephanie works with families to find permanent full time and part time nannies. She believes her background of working with parents on a daily basis and managing her own team of nannies helps to enables her to match the right nanny to the right family.

After finishing secondary school Maria went on to work in a small government nursery to gain some experience in childcare. After a year and a half she moved on to Happy Times Day nursery where she worked with the 1-2 year age group. After 2 years of fun, the nursery closed suddenly due to financial constraints and Maria then started working for 2 years as a sole charge nanny. During this time she studied for her diploma in Midwifery as she aspires to become a midwife in the future.

Maria started at Tinies in December 2010 working on the nursery desk as a temporary staff member before joining permanently as the Nursery consultant managing a team of temporary childcarers in day nurseries, schools and childcare centres.

Maria believes all her experience in childcare has helped her relate with childcarers and employers alike.

Debbie is a mum of two girls and manages the invoicing and all accounts/finance related administration for the office.

Debbie has worked with Vanessa since 2001 and had previously worked with Vanessa for many years in a previous recruitment industry.
