Vanessa is a qualified NNEB with fond memories of her nannying days. She has two children Lawrence and Henry who have also had a lovely nanny. Her career over the last 15 years has been within senior management of a fast moving commercial recruitment industry.
Vanessa brings with her a wealth of both practical and personal experience. She is aware and sympathetic of the needs and concerns of both the parents and the nannies. She is totally committed to providing all Tinies customers with a first class dedicated personal service.
Hannah Lacey, Nursery Recruitment Manager
Since qualifying with her NNEB Diploma Hannah went straight in to a nursery setting starting off as a Nursery Nurse then to Room Leader and then in to Management. She also worked abroad for Mark Warner holidays completing a summer season in Greece as a Head of department and then as a Creche Manager of a hotel in France for the winter season.
Once returning home she wished to stay within the childcare industry and joined Tinies in 2004. Hannah started as a recruitment consultant and was promoted to Nursery Recruitment Manager in 2007 she manages a team and is also the main point of call for clients wanting a mobile creche facility.
Hannah assists nurseries to find new permanent members of staff from Nursery Assistants Nursery Nurses and Nursery Managers. Hannah believes with her background in a nursery setting clearly affiliates her with staff members and the need for high quality staff.
Nicola's background consists of 8 year in the Travel industry before moving into recruitment where she has 4 years experience. Nicola has opened the First Teaching Service for Tinies. She is responsible for building an up and coming Education/Play Scheme service.
Nicola is currently supplying Primary Schools with Qualified Teachers and Teaching Assistant in the Surrey and SW London area. She also supplies play schemes in the school holidays providing qualified teaching staff with work in the school holidays.
Nicola also runs an on call service from 7.30am to 7pm Monday to Friday; this is to ensure that both clients and candidates are able to contact her at a convenient time for them and in emergency situations.
To ensure she provides the best service, Nicola ensures her candidates and clients get a reliable and honest service and makes sure all candidates are contacted on a regular basis and clients have a call back within 1 hour of giving a booking. Nicola also takes time out to visit Schools and Play Schemes to ensure she has an insight as to how they run so she is better able to match their requirements.
Lindsey Hammond
Lindsey is a qualified NNEB and has worked in various childcare settings over the last 12 years. She has worked as a Nursery Nurse, building her career up to Nursery Manager of day nurseries and crèches. She has also had experience working alongside medical professionals in a children's hospital.
Lindsey has worked for small independent nurseries and large day nursery chains in and around the Surrey area so has a good knowledge of how nurseries work and the calibre of staff they require.
Lindsey joined Tinies in May 2009 as the Temporary Nursery Consultant for Surrey and helps nurseries cover daily, weekly absences and also help staff to find temporary work around the Surrey area. She also runs the on call line open from 7am until 7pm Monday to Friday for all emergency bookings.
Debbie Smith, Accounts
Debbie is a mum of two girls and manages the invoicing and all accounts/finance related administration for the office.
Debbie has worked with Vanessa since 2001 and had previously worked with Vanessa for many years in a previous recruitment industry.
