Lindsey Doe, Franchise Director

 

Lindsey began her career at the Royal Berkshire Racquets and Health Club where the first child friendly gym and activity concept was developed in 1996.

She remained with Esporta Health & Fitness for 9 years assisting in designing, opening children's areas and health club management.

After spending time travelling the globe Lindsey set up on her own and spent 3 years working with the leading health & fitness companies writing operations manuals and developing children's activity programmes both in the UK and Europe. Lindsey spent many hours creating and delivering training in children's fitness programmes for the largest UK training provider.

In 2007 Lindsey joined Tinies to use her vast knowledge of the childcare industry in developing the franchise network and mobile creche business.

Lindsey was promoted to Franchise Director in 2011, and enjoys balancing her time between Head Office, our agency network and being a mum to her two young daughters.

Oliver Black, Director

 

Oliver Black began his career at Procter & Gamble as a brand manager. Whilst working he saw the positive impact that having good childcare made to the people working in the business, but also how difficult it was for parents to arrange good, local childcare in the UK vs. the US. Convinced that childcare in the UK was about to go through massive change he, along with his brother Ben & friend Amanda, built up Tinies Childcare, now the UK's largest provider of childcarers and creches.

Ben Black, Director

 

Ben Black was a corporate lawyer at Ashurst. He helped float and then joined The Club Company as MD of its European leisure business and was convinced to enter the world of childcare by his brother Oliver, in 2000. Ben is the founder and chief executive of My Family Care, the UK's leading provider of family friendly employee benefits. He is a regular speaker on childcare issues and is kept busy on a daily basis by a French wife, twins Oscar and Clara and an occasional game of bad tennis.

Amanda Coxen

 

Amanda Coxen worked for 7 years in the City as a qualified solicitor. She saw many colleagues struggling with childcare and work and decided that she wanted to do something about that.

As a mother of 2 boys, Amanda also knows what difficulties parents face when trying to find the right childcare solution and how important it is to get the best advice.

As one of the owners of Tinies, Amanda sees it as her mission to ensure that clients and candidates get the best service from Tinies.

Laura Bradwell, Office Manager (on Maternity Leave)

 

Laura is the Franchise Assistant for the Tinies branches throughout the UK. She is the main point of contact at Head Office for the Tinies branches and for childcarers looking for work. She's currently on Maternity Leave... we look forward to her rejoining the team soon.

Laura is a qualified NVQ3 Childcarer who has worked as a Nanny and a Nursery Nurse. She has also worked for Tinies Hertfordshire branch for 3 years as a childcare consultant.

No day is ever the same in the Tinies office!

Francis Haydon

 

As the Franchise Assistant, Francis is the main point of contact at head office for Tinies branches across the UK and childcarers looking for work.

Francis has a background in PR, Fashion and Event Production.

Laura White, Holiday Club Operations Manager

 

Laura joined as the Holiday Club Operations Manager in 2010 and has been at the Westminster Holiday Club for 6 years starting off with Bupa and then joining the Tinies team in 2007.

While working in the holiday clubs Laura also ran Sunnyside Pre-School in Surrey and worked as a nanny. She has a psychology degree specialising in child development and special educational needs and also gained Early Years Practitioner status in 2009.

Laura believes that a quality staff team combined with great activities is the key to happy children at the Holiday Clubs.

Liz Chevis, Operations Manager

 

Liz has worked in the childcare industry for the last 20 years. Before joining Tinies in 2006 her role was as Operations Manager for a large nursery chain, managing over 20 nurseries.

Her knowledge of the industry includes HR management of multi-sited teams and working with Ofsted and external agencies. She is adamant that all Tinies Creches employ excellent, qualified staff that work to the highest standard, ensuring the enjoyment and safety for all the children who come into our care.

Caroline Clarke, Creche Operations Manager

 

Caroline previously worked for Asquith Nurseries both as a Creche Manager and Regional Manager over the last 11 years.

Caroline joins our experienced team of Operations Managers and is currently focused on supporting our current sites and their teams as well as working alongside Liz Chevis on some specific roll out plans for David Lloyd.

Monica Lee, Head of Finance

 

Monica joined My Family Care in 2008 as Finance Manager, with a background working mainly in the customer service industries and practice.

Since 2008 she has extended her duties, and now has overall responsibility for the accounts for Tinies UK Ltd and My Family Care Ltd.

Margit Banisaied, Accountant

 

Margit is a part-qualified accountant and joined Tinies in 2003 on a part-time basis.

She mainly manages Tinies Franchise and Creches/Holiday Clubs accounts. She came to England from Germany in 1979 to improve her English and still trying.

Before joining Tinies she worked for several small companies in the London area. Margit is a part-qualified accountant and joined Tinies in 2003 on a part-time basis.

Gail Goudriaan, Assistant Accountant

 

Gail joined the Tinies and My Family Care team in 2007 as an accounts assistant.

She was previously involved in bookkeeping, working in the medical field in South Africa.

Justin Jeffries, Web Manager

 

Justin runs the web development team for Tinies and My Family Care, as well as overseeing anything and everything creative. Justin has a background in children's holiday clubs and as a part time actor, as well as a keen interest in photography and design.

In 2008 Justin started managing the UK's leading parent matching website NannyShare.co.uk - overseeing a complete website 'reskin' to improve the design, and most importantly, usability (with the mantra "Don't make me think...").
