Claire Adams, Branch Owner

I am qualified with a BTEC National Diploma in Nursery Nursing 1993-1995 and have trained as a Midwife at the University of Hertfordshire in 1997-1999.

I started out my career at Tinies as a Childcare Consultant back in January 2000, and have been responsible for launching and establishing franchises in the Home Counties. I have a staff team of 11 to help support and manage our daily operation.

I now own and run 5 Tinies Franchises acquiring my first franchise in May 2004 with Tinies Hertfordshire. I went on to buy Tinies Buckinghamshire in June 2006 and then in May 2008 I bought Tinies Berkshire Nurseries. In May 2009 I took over Hampshire & West Surrey leaving my most recent acquisition for 2010 to be Tinies Dorset, making me the single largest Tinies franchisee in Tinies history.

Caroline Salusbury, Nursery Consultant

I joined Tinies Childcare Hertfordshire branch in November 2007, following a successful career as a Nursery Manager for over 10 years with the Nursery Market Leader Leap Frog.

I am fully qualified with NVQ level 3 in Early Years & Education and have always enjoyed working with children from a young age, enable ling me to climb the Nursery career ladder quickly.

I have a good knowledge of Nursery staff recruitment and have gained a valuable understanding of what Nurseries require from their temporary and permanent staff in order to provide the best childcare services possible.

Helen Jones, Creche Operations Manager

I joined Tinies childcare Herts in July 2008. I am qualified with the NNEB and have worked in various childcare settings both in the UK and overseas. Working for Thomson, one of the largest Tour Operators, gave me the opportunity to develop the children's clubs in both Greece and Tunisia.

I have since worked in the Aviation industry for 8 years, managing and developing teams all over the world from as far afield as Lapland, Jamaica, The Far East and many destinations in America, in handling our aircraft, customer service, organisational skills and providing a seamless journey for all passengers. The many experiences and situations I have encountered, have put me in good stead for my present role here at Tinies.

I am responsible for managing the daily operations of Tinies Mobile Creches and Children's Clubs in Hertfordshire / Buckinghamshire / Berkshire / Essex / Hampshire & West Surrey. Liaising with hoteliers, wedding planners, event coordinators, county councils, children's centres and future clients is a huge part of my role. I ensure that we provide a creche that is tailor made to your requirements. Tinies will transform any venue into a children's wonderland, providing any theme for the day and a fun packed entertainments programme that all the children will enjoy. With my experiences of organising children's club activities overseas and also within a nursery setting I feel I have the knowledge and expertise to fulfil this role and assist all future clients.

Maxine Woods

Maxine is a qualified longstanding member of the Tinies team who has experience of working with Staff, Parents and children.

Maxine works as the NHS Emergency Childcare provider, providing back up childcare to NHS Employees, She has also been involved in the Creche Management team for Tinies Herts, Bucks, Berks and Hants, ensuring an efficient, caring creche service for children's centres, events and corporate companies.

Prior to working for Tinies Childcare, Maxine was a Nursery Manager for nearly 4 years where she ran a 112 place nursery and large staff team. Maxine has also worked for Stevenage Borough Council where she was employed as a Play Worker, implementing support services for existing baby and toddler groups in the local area, providing safe and stimulating environments for the children, setting up new toddler groups in local areas and working in partnership with parents to take autonomy for the group.

Maxine is a mum herself to three boys that have all participated in football and cricket teams, so most of her spare time has been taken up with supporting them.
