To introduce myself, I am a director of Tinies Childcare, and have been since 2000. I used to be a solicitor before I saw the light and got out!

I am a working mum, as I have 2 young boys. My job at Tinies is to look after the 30 plus nanny agencies we have dotted around the UK. Tinies supplies nannies, mothers’ helps, maternity nannies, nursery staff, holiday nannies, babysitters, overseas nannies… in fact there is not much in terms of childcare that we don’t supply!

We also run mobile creches for events, weddings and parties, which seems to be a massive market as more people having weddings or parties have to accommodate children.

For the majority of the time, I work from home but occasionally I am at the London head office. I have a fantastic nanny without whom I would be lost.

I am mum to two young children, a boy and a girl aged 9 and 4 and I also work part time providing administrative support to five Tinies nanny agencies.

Before having my own family I worked briefly in childcare, looking after two small children before moving on to the promotions industry which took me to various parts of the UK.

I then worked for ten years in London as a PA to three directors. In my spare time I love to write and I have a long held dream of having a childrens’ book published one day!

I have been a fully qualified NNEB professional nanny for the past 10 years. I work full time with two families both with 2 children each and all of them under 2 and a half, the children are also cousins.

I have always wanted to be a nanny from a very young age and I love every aspect of the job and all the challenges that it presents.

It is a very rewarding job and I love the fact that everyday is different. There have been many challenges along the way through every job but each one has made me a more confident and successful nanny, which I carry on through each job.

I have worked with children from 0-10years, with twins and also a nanny share position with three families each with one child of a year! I love to be a huge part of their up bringing and care… One of the best photos from my wedding day last year was myself, my husband and my charges both past and present from career so far! A treasured memory!
