Job Description
We will train you:
To answer the telephone
To register and book interviews for Nanny's and Nursery Nurses.
To verbally check references on all candidates
To process CRB checks on all candidates and ensure their continual update
To set up and complete mail merges to facilitate regular marketing objectives
To assist the recruitment consultants with general administrative matters
To support and assist with the growth of our Nanny, Nursery and Teaching business
To provide cover and support of all other areas of the office as required
To prepare agendas, take minutes and write up notes from staff meetings
To support the owners / Managing Directors in general administration and running of the business
In the beginning - you will be filing, scanning and setting up our facebook site for us.
