Experienced Deputy Manager required for a large nursery in Norwich.

Fantastic opportunity in Norwich for an experienced Deputy Manager to work full time in our client's large, modern and well-run nursery setting.

To qualify for the opportunity the successful applicant should have the following qualities, skills and experience:

• NVQ level 3 or above
• Previous managerial experience
• Demonstrable knowledge of the EYFS
• Professional and proactive attitude
• Excellent managerial, communication and interpersonal skills

The candidate will be required to fullfil the following duties:

• Supervising a team of 30 staff
• Assisting the Manager in daily running of the setting
• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the nursery
• Dealing with parent queries
• Recruiting and training new members of staff
• Ensuring successful implementation of all policies, procedures and curriculum requirements

The nursery offers the following remuneration:

• £20,000 per annum (gross) pending experience and qualification
• Free parking
• Free uniform

This Norwich position is based on a 40 hour rota working between 8am till 6pm and the start date is ASAP.
