This Nursery are looking for a FANTASTIC Level 3 to be the Room Leader of their 2s to 3s and pre-school room in Windsor.

EYFS knowledge, previous experience, good communication skills, minimum of 1 year previous Nursery experience, ability to work as part of a team, uniform provided.

This Nursery is a family run nursery with a home from home environment. The Nursery offers places for children aged 3 months to 5 years where the staff give the children the care, attention and love that they would receive at home, in a small intimate atmosphere.

The main aim is to provide a warm and happy environment for the children where they can play and learn. Making the transition from home to nursery both easier for the children and the parents. Having experience with both children and parents they understand just how hard this transition can be, they like parents to feel comfortable leaving their children after experiencing the homely environment and meeting the family run team.

The first five years of a child's life are the most important. The team are there to give the support and care to help make them happy, confident children. They work under the Early Years Foundation Stage, a statutory framework, designed to ensure that children get the best possible start in life. The four themes of the Early Years Foundation Stage reflect the ethos that we work under in the nurseries.

1.That each child is unique

2.That positive relationships between children, parents and staff support learning

3.That the learning environment should be enabling

4.That learning and development are promoted through play, exploration and creativity.

They offer many different things for the children including for example, Gym classes for children aged 2 years to 5 years and the most popular, French classes for children aged 2 years to 5 years. Both of these classes are taught by external qualified teachers.
