Fantastic opportunity in Norwich for an experienced Deputy Manager to work full time in our client's large, modern and well-run nursery setting.
To qualify for the opportunity the successful applicant should have the following qualities, skills and experience:
- NVQ level 3 or above
- Previous managerial experience
- Demonstrable knowledge of the EYFS
- Professional and proactive attitude
- Excellent managerial, communication and interpersonal skills
The candidate will be required to fullfil the following duties:
- Supervising a team of 30 staff
- Assisting the Manager in daily running of the setting
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the nursery
- Dealing with parent queries
- Recruiting and training new members of staff
- Ensuring successful implementation of all policies, procedures and curriculum requirements
The nursery offers the following remuneration:
- £20,000 per annum (gross) pending experience and qualification
- Free parking
- Free uniform
This Norwich position is based on a 40 hour rota working between 8am till 6pm and the start date is ASAP.
