Nursery Manager in the Stratford Upon Avon area.

A self motivated and experienced Nursery Manager with Forest School experience is urgently required for a nursery in the Stratford Upon Avon area. Candidates wishing to apply must be qualified to level 3 or above and have at least 2 years post qualifying experience and 2 years recent, relevant experience in a Deputy or Management role. Candidates must also have excellent organisational and time management skills, be able to manage and motivate a team of staff, be knowledgeable of both the Birth to Three Matters Framework and the Foundation Stage Curriculum and have a good working knowledge of all childcare policies, procedures and childcare legislations. As a Nursery Manager for this setting you will be required to work alongside Ofsted standards to provide a safe and stimulating environment for up to 28 children, effectively manage the budget and occupancy levels to ensure the nursery is profitable and supervise the planning and preparation of activities to ensure all the children's individual needs are catered for so they can achieve their full potential. This is an exciting project to be involved in as you will play and active and important role in building up the nursery to become a successful establishment. Salary will depend on qualifications and experience.
