Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Duration:
Duration: 6 hours (x1day). Saturday (weekday training also available for group bookings). Timings: 9:30am - 4:30pm, Inc Breaks and Lunch.

Training for all early years and childcare practitioners who work with children aged from 0 to 5+.
The Early Years Foundation Stage is a nationally recognised framework. The revised framework is going to be implemented from September 2012. The framework encompasses the National Standards, Birth to Three matters and the Foundation Stage. This up to date course is designed to provide practitioners with a wider understanding of the new framework, and its four guiding principles; every child is unique, learning through positive relationships, enabling environments and the different development and learning styles. The course also looks at how to promote best practice in working with the 0-5+ age groups and working towards achieving the early learning goals.
