When it started out in 1975 Tinies was a nanny agency with 5 branches. Today Tinies is a childcare recruitment company with 28 nanny & childcare agencies in the UK and 4 overseas branches.
Whilst Tinies specialises in the recruitment of nannies and nursery staff, that's not all we do. We manage a chain of 20 fixed creches, nurseries & kids clubs on behalf of fitness chains, private clubs and corporate companies. We also manage the holiday playschemes for over 32 government departments.
Our business is growing. We pay our hard working staff as much as we can afford rather than as little as we can get away with. We invest, train and develop our people.
