Tinies UK Limited is the Franchisor, and we have 26 branches franchised out to our franchisee network.
That means that there are franchise branches around the country, individually owned as businesses by the franchisees, but who are required to follow set standards and procedures dictated by us, the Franchisor. Those branches are audited and mystery shopped to ensure that they are providing the right level of service to our parents, childcarers and clients.
Part of an expanding network

Full support and training
Being part of the Tinies franchise means you get full support and training from the Head Office team. That includes business advice, legal advice, on site visits, conferences, monthly newsletters, regular email bulletins and telephone contact every week, amongst other things. When you join the network, you will be given 2 weeks of training in the Tinies systems and operations.
Shared ideas and marketing
Being part of the network means that you can share ideas, jobs and childcarers with your fellow branches, thereby helping to boost your revenues. In addition, you don't have to worry about national advertising and marketing, as that is all taken care of by Head Office.
Associated companies
Being part of Tinies also means that you are part of our associated companies My Family Care and Nanny Share which also drives revenue to Tinies branches.
