Why do I need to register?
We ask you to register your details online to save you time when making your booking. We also need details about you and your child(ren) to operate our sites safely and successfully. After registration you may download our Booking Form and send to us at whp@tinies.com.
Is there a registration fee?
There is NO registration fee, it's free. You may click on the Register button on the homepage – or via the menu on the left.
How can I be assured of the quality of the childcare provided?
Our 5 sites are Ofsted registered. We check all staff references as well as checking they’ve passed a CRB enhanced disclosure. All of our staff also go through a number of relevant training courses including first aid, child protection and food hygiene.
How much does it cost per day?
A place at WHP costs £33.00 per day. It is highly likely that you are entitled to a good subsidy from your department. Please contact us on 020 7384 8368 or email us at whp@tinies.com to find out what subsidy you are eligible for.
How old does my child need to be to attend Playscheme?
We accept children from 4 years 9 months through to 12 years old. We currently run a Teen Trial in Easter & Summer and are looking to expand it to other holidays, check out the Teen Trial page on the left for further information. If I am running late who can I contact?
Our Playscheme administrator, Georgie Mordue, is contactable on the WHP mobile from 7am during school holidays. The number to contact her on is 07725 141 765.
Am I entitled to a refund if my child cannot attend?
We will issue a refund if we are given 24 hours notice and are able to resell your Child's place. If your Child's place cannot be resold then a refund will not be issued.
What do I need to supply?
On a daily basis WHP will provide a morning & afternoon snack. You are required to provide your child with a packed lunch. During the summer season we ask that you supply sun cream and a hat for your child.
Can I pay with Childcare Vouchers?
We are registered with several well known childcare voucher companies: Busy Bees, Accor, Care4 and Sodexho. Please contact us on 020 7384 8368 or email us at whp@tinies.com for our account details.
