Lisa comes with a wealth of experience within the childcare sector, she has worked with many families as a private nanny engaging with their little ones through their chidren development and milestones.
She has also had the knowledge and experience of working within the educational sector, as an Early Years Leader and Nursery Manager.
Her qualifications are spanned over some 30 years+ in the industry with an NNEB and Foundation Degree in Early Years. She is also a qualified Children's yoga Teacher and continues to enjoy this passion.
Lisa joined Tinies as a Recruitment Consultant, where she as flourished in her approach to provide quality childcare ensuring clients and candidates are paramount throughout the process.
She now looks to continue to provide high quality childcare for the West Midlands and surrounding areas.
