Junior Recruitment Consultant/Administrator Job in Central London

Job description

 
An exciting new role for a determined and driven person has arisen within our busy childcare recruitment office for a junior recruitment consultant/office administrator assisting on our busy temporary nanny desk.

We are a small team serving families in central, north, south and west London with their important childcare needs placing temporary and emergency nannies. Our client base is drawn from both private families as well as serving corporate clients' families through My Family Care and Bright Horizons.

The role will be part worked from home, part from our offices in Parsons Green and will involve the handling of all day to day candidate enquiries and on boarding as well as part management of our social media channels.

We are looking for people who are genuine self starters and who show drive and ambition to succeed in a small but very busy team and who will work directly with the temporary nanny consultant. Ideally candidates will be looking to advance their career into a full recruitment consultant role and there will be a clear career path for candidates wishing to follow this.

We will expect flexibility around the position and seek those happy to put in the hours, possibly evenings and weekends to get the job done.

An interest in and thorough understanding of the main Social Media channels is key for any applicant as well as demonstrated past experience in a busy administration role.
