Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer

The role of the Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer requires an organised individual who is not afraid of a fast paced working environment and enjoys working within a team as well as using their own initiative. Whilst working you will have one day off per week to complete your apprenticeship

Duties will include:

·Advertising vacancies across several different mediums

·Database management

·Assisting the Consultants with CV checking

·Receiving and reviewing applications

·To screen by telephone, prospective candidates

·Booking interviews for clients and candidates

·Creating a shortlist of candidates for open vacancies

·Briefing candidates before interview and following up after

·Preparing CVs and correspondence

·To provide Administrative support to the Consultants of the branch

·Assisting the consultants to build a talent bank of candidates

·Dealing with candidate application queries and emails
