Area Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced area manager to join this established and ambitious group of education centres.

Currently operating in twelve sites with further growth planned for the future:
Aylesbury, Basingstoke, Chesham, East Sheen, Fulham, Harrow, High Wycombe, London, Maidenhead, Acton, Epsom and St Albans


This is a great time to join this expanding company providing award-winning supplementary tuition programmes in sites around London, Surrey, and Berkshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sites and site managers beneath them, supporting with recruitment and reporting into the operations director.

Although the client is an education provider, the successful candidate will have experience of a diverse range of industries and will be capable of adapting this experience to a new sphere of operations.

You will be responsible for, fulfilling recruitment needs, ensuring targets are met, quality control, financial processes, ensuring KPI's are met, compliance and running the day-to-day operations.

Hours: 10 am to 7pm with flexibility for some days being 9am to 6pm


Salary: Up to £50,000 gross per annum
