Deputy Manager

We are working with a super friendly nursery who are looking for a fun, passionate and caring Deputy manager to join their team and work with the nursery manager to provide high quality care and education to the children.

This s a full time role working 40 hours a week Monday -Friday . The nursery are offering a starting Salary of £26000 per annum and 26 days holiday a year plus bank holidays.

This is a great opportunity for a nursery senior or room leader for career progression

In this role you will oversee a running of a room and leading the staff team as well as working with the children's families to meet their individual needs. You will need to plan fun and stimulating activities and use your creativity to aid the children's development and engagement in activities

For this role you need

• Level 3 or above childcare qualification
• At least 2 years post qualifying experience in a day nursery
• Minimum of 1 years senior experience in a nursery
• Great EYFS knowledge
• Good communication skills
• A ability to lead and motivate a staff team

The role is for an April start but could be earlier for the right person
