Full Time Head of Room Job in Cheshire
Job description
To apply for this role you must have at least 2 years experience of working with children under 2 Years along with baby training.
The hours are 4 days 8am-4pm and 1 day 9-6pm. This is a fixed day.

Responsibilities:
- Key person to children carrying out observations and assessments using an online learning journal
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of nursery staff members
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and programs for children in the nursery
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the nursery at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized nursery environment
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise
- Assist with meal times, nanny changes, and other daily care routines as needed
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and inclusive nursery experience
Skills:
- Baby training and working with under twos and small babies aged 6-20 months.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and practices
- Ability to create engaging and stimulating activities for children
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
