Nursery Room Leader

Level 3 Qualified Baby Room Leader required for a fantastic nursery based in Lincoln.

We are looking for an experienced baby room practitioner, with the ability to lead and motivate a small team of practitioners within the baby unit of full day care nursery in the Lincoln area. You must hold a full and relevant early years qualification, and have good prior experience of working in a similar position with young babies. You will be an excellent communicator, with children, parents and other staff members. You will support the day to day running of the nursery, as well as overseeing the quality of early years education across the section.

Staff benefits include uniform, childcare discount, and holidays are 31 including bank holidays. The nursery are closed for a week at Easter. Staff will be part of a friendly and supportive team with opportunity for staff social events. Full DBS and background checks will be required
