We are looking for a Nursery Manager who is committed to delivering outstanding childcare, has great organisational skills and is able to lead and motivate a team.

Main responsibilities

To operate the smooth overall running of the nursery
Lead, manage and support the staff team to deliver outstanding policies, procedures and practices
To support all elements of the setting to reach Outstanding
Managing daily staffing and rotas as well as documentation, invoices, government funding
Liaising with parents and carers.
Requirements

Level 3 qualification in Childcare or above with management or deputy management experience
Strong Knowledge of the EYFS, Ofsted requirements & Safeguarding
Experience working with children aged 0-5 years
A real passion for supporting children in their own learning
