We have an exciting career opportunity for a qualified childcare practitioner with an attractive salary initially earning up to £20,000pa.

Location: Glossop, SK13
Salary: Up to £20,000PA gross (based upon experience)
Days: Mon - Fri or 4 long days
Hours: 40h Per week / shifts times between 7.30am - 6pm (flexibility can be considered to suit individual preferences)
Start date: ASAP
Contract Length: Permanent or Long Term (FTC)

We are looking for a passionate childcarer, with a min L2 qualification, to join an outstanding team of practitioners, in a lovely new Nursery in the Glossop area.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an experienced and dedicated team of absolute professionals. You'll be working in a caring friendly, stimulating environment and will be vital in supporting the nursery provision in the next stage of its development. The successful candidate will have the passion, drive and a commitment to delivering exceptional care to children, parents and colleagues alike.

Key Duties:
•Awareness and understanding of the nursery policies & procedures
•Encourage a safe and welcoming environment for the children, families, and peers
•Encourage an enabling environment where all children can reach their potential through a 'child centred' approach that enables children to achieve their potential; enabling behind target learners to develop and gifted and talented children to be stretched and aspirational
•Ensure the development of all children is planned, tracked and brings about positive progress in all areas
.Observations, assessments and other statutory monitoring of children's progress is accurately recorded and shared with parents on regular intervals.
•Effective communication with staff, children and parents
•Work in partnership with parents, families and external organisations; at all times enhancing the professional image of the setting.
