Nursery Practitioner(Lv2/3) needed in BR6 (Orpington) - 40 hours per week - £10.24 per hour

Job Description: Nursery Practitioner

Salary: £10.24-£10.60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Location: BR6 (Orpington) - (6 minute bus from Oprington Station)

Hours: Fulltime, Monday to Friday (40 Hours) - (08:00 - 17:00) OR (09:00 - 18:00)

Candidate Requirements:

Full and Relevant Level 2/3 or above Early Years qualification
Previous experience working with children (ideally as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, Nursery Assistant or similar)
Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with both colleagues and parents
Ability to use a variety of techniques to communicate with both children and adults clearly and successfully
Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children
Be a team player that can support the Room leader in order to provide a safe learning space for children
