Nursery Practitioner

This busy and friendly Pre-School that has an ofset rating of 'Outstanding' is seeking a experienced Level 3 Practitioner who is caring, motiviated and hard working person to join their team delivering childcare for children aged 2-4+ yrs.

This is a pack away setting that is hall based and situated in the grounds of the United Reformed Church in Emerson Park in Hornchurch.

The nursery is looking for someone to work the hours of 8.30-3pm, Monday-Friday 38 weeks per year. You will take on a group of key children, and work alongside a team, to provide safe, high-quality education and care for young children, which meets the individual needs of children attending the setting.

What we need from you:

• Level 3 qualification in childcare or higher
• -Commitment
• Passion to deliver outstanding childcare
• Ability to work within a team
• Broad knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding

Your duties will include:

• Taking charge of a key group of children
• Deliver rich learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps young children to develop
• Plan and provide effective care, teaching and learning.
• Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children
• Work in partnership with colleagues, parents and/or carers or other professionals to meet the individual needs of the children
• Make accurate and effective use of assessment reflecting the needs, interests and stages of development of the individual children.
