Job: Montessori Early Years Practitioner

Location: Bovingdon

Purpose:
*To assist in providing high quality Montessori childcare and early years education within a positive, safe and happy environment and with the daily running of the childcare setting.

*To contribute to a high standard or physical, emotional, mental, social and intellectual care for the children in the setting.

*To give support where needed to other personnel within the setting.

*To implement the daily routine in the setting.

Essential for this position:

• A minimum of Level 3 in Childcare and/or Montessori Diploma is essential.
• Previous experience of working in a nursery setting with children under the age of 5 is essential.
• Previous experience of working in a Montessori setting is essential for a Montessori Teacher.
• An extensive knowledge of the current EYFS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• To be passionate, motivated, have the ability to work well within a team and be able to adapt to a fun and inspiring way of working.


Days and Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 3.30pm TERM TIME ONLY

Salary: £9.50 to £10.50 gross per hour dependent on experience and qualification
