Flexible Nursery Practitioner - Multiple Hires
£9.25 - £10 per hour / gross - excellent and competitive pay!

Min 1 year childcare experience required

We are currently recruiting a number of Flexible Nursery Practitioner's, to join a small team that will regularly support one of our key client nurseries, in the Liverpool L3 area.

As a valued Tinies Flexible Nursery Practitioner you'll be able to choose your own days and hours, you can expect a competitive hourly rate, we pay between £9.25-£10 per hours depending on experience!

You'll have access to excellent training and development, as well as a caring and passionate place to work.

The Role:
This role will be key in delivering high quality engagement with children supporting their developmental needs, whilst ensuring the highest levels of supervision is maintained.
You'll be responsible for maintaining our clients policies and procedures and will continuously demonstrate and adhere to safe working practices.
Support the observation and assessment process ensuring a child-centred approach.
Working in partnership with the wider nursery team to meet the needs of all children in line with the Quality Assurance Framework.
Working to ensure service excellence for current and prospective customers.
Have a flexible approach to working hours (although this will usually be scheduled the week before so you'll be able to plan ahead)
Deliver the highest care and educations standards, support any required meetings outlined by the nursery leadership team to support child development and the child achieving their personal milestones within the EYFS statutory framework.
To understand all safeguarding procedures and to make the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) aware of any concerns in relation to the Safeguarding of our children, families or colleagues
Working as part of a larger team to ensure all essential day to day tasks are completed in line with the nursery demands ie. Hygiene standards and room preparation
Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers to support the retention and ongoing occupancy growth

Personal attributes:
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to be flexible, adaptable and embrace working cultures in each setting
Genuine desire and passion for ongoing learning and development
