Role: Nursery Manager

Location: TW18, Staines

Salary: £38,000

Hours of Work: Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week or 4 long days

• Starter bonus of £1000
• 28 days holiday, including bank holidays

You must:

· Minimum of NVQ level 3

· Have Disclosing and Barring Service (DBS)

. Previous Nursery Manger experience.



Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Nursery nurses must create a safe and stimulating environment where children feel safe.

· Act as a key worker supporting children's development.

· Create fun and engaging activities suitable to the age range of the children.

· Build strong partnerships with parents, working together to support children.

· Meet each child's individual needs by supporting their physical, emotional, social and intellectual development.

· To ensure operational policies and procedures implemented are adhered to, ensuring relevant legislation is met.
