Full Time Nursery Nurse Job in South London

Job description

Level 2 Nursery Practitioner- Full time- Monday to Friday- £24,000+

A lovely setting in SE23 is looking for a level 2 nursery practitioner to join their toddler room.

Benefits:

Full time position (41 hours a week)
4 ½ days a week (4 x full days 8am-6pm with a 1 hour break and 1 x ½ day 8am-1pm or 1pm 6pm)
½ day can vary and you are accommodating for appointments etc
Staff wellbeing focussed with a Staff Wellbeing Manager, wellbeing meetings quarterly (more if required), wellbeing app available, cycle to work scheme

Candidate Requirements:

Level 2 qualification in childcare or higher
Commitment
Passion to deliver outstanding childcare
Ability to work within a team
Broad knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding

Duties:

Taking charge of a key group of children
Deliver rich learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps young children to develop
Plan and provide effective care, teaching and learning.
Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children
Work in partnership with colleagues, parents and/or carers or other professionals to meet the individual needs of the children
Make accurate and effective use of assessment reflecting the needs, interests and stages of development of the individual children.
