After School/Holiday Setting Manager

Tinies are assisting an After School and Holiday Club to recruit a new Setting Manager based at a local school in South Normanton, Derbyshire. The After School/Holiday Club has approximately 30 children attending aged 4 - 11 with over 200 on the roll. Ofsted rated "Good" this is a great opportunity to step into this role.

Annual Salary £12 - 14 per hour depending on experience.

Hours Required -
Monday - Friday - 3pm - 6pm (term time + additional 3 hours for planning)
School Holidays - 8am - 6pm

After School and Holiday Club Setting Manager Requirements:
• Level 3 Childcare qualification or higher
• Paediatric First Aid Trained
• Working Knowledge of the EYFS
• Good Understanding of Ofsted requirements
• At least 2 years' experience in an Early Years Setting
• Management experience

After School and Holiday Club Setting Manager Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop high-quality practice.
• Work within your team to deliver outstanding care and education.
• Implement all policies and procedures.
• Ensure staff files are up to date.
• Maintaining positive relationships with host schools and parents.
