The Process
Tinies provided childcare support for a Partner's family day for a group of solicitors in Buxton, Derbyshire. The remit was to provide each family with an allocated event nanny to care for their children including chaperoning them during entertainment, supervising them within the hotel and also supervising their bedtime routine over a two day period.
The Offering
Tinies liaised with the Personal Assistant to one of the Partners and ensured smooth assistance with the administration and implementation of the event nanny service. We agreed to provide a total of 20 event nannies to ensure that each family had an allocated carer to supervise their children during the partner's weekend. This enabled the parents to relax and enjoy their meal happy in the knowledge that the children were having fun and were being well cared for.
Nanny responsibilities included:
- Supervising individual children
- Supervising mealtimes
- Overseeing activities
- Liaising with parents about care plans
- Overseeing care, support and wellbeing of the children
- Carrying out bedtime routines with the children including settling.
All staff were in Tinies uniform so were easily identified by any of the children, hotel staff or parents. There were also a number who were First Aid trained.
