A family based in Cheshunt is seeking a nurturing, experienced, and proactive nanny to care for their baby, who will be 9 months old at the start of the role. This is a sole-charge position, ideal for a confident and organised nanny with a genuine passion for supporting early development.
Start Date: August 2025
Days: 4 days per week (with the potential to increase to 5 days)
Hours: 8.30am to 4.30pm
Salary:
Gross annual salary based on 32 hours per week: £26,624
Gross annual salary based on 40 hours per week: £33,280
About the Family:
Both parents work from home.
No pets in the household.
Responsibilities:
Engaging in age-appropriate educational activities and attending local baby classes
Taking the child on walks and exploring the outdoors
Planning and preparing nutritious meals as part of the weaning journey
Maintaining sleep routines and a consistent daily schedule
Organising the child's wardrobe and managing nursery laundry
Tidying and cleaning child's areas, including toys, bedroom, and play spaces
Requirements:
Significant experience with babies and early development
Confident with weaning and infant nutrition
Paediatric First Aid trained
Enhanced DBS check (must be registered on the Update Service)
Can be a non-driver
Willingness to occasionally travel with the family (optional)
