I first came across Tinies in 1994 when I qualified as a Nursery Nurse and started working as a nanny. I worked in different roles until 2012 when I started as an assistant for a mobile crèche company, quickly working up to Crèche Coordinator. The role involved recruiting childcare staff, logistically planning events and leading crèches. The 4 years I spent in this role allowed me to combine my knowledge of childcare and management.
I came back to Tinies again, 22 years later and I realised it would be the ideal career progression for me, utilising the knowledge and experience I have gained in childcare and crèches. I have been running the Devon and Cornwall branch since 2016 and supply nannies and early years practitioners across Devon, Cornwall and South Somerset.
