I have been the Director of Tinies Northants since August 2014. I qualified as a Nursery Nurse (NNEB) in 1995 and have enjoyed working full -time in the childcare ever since. My career spans across several sectors, having been a nanny and holding senior and managerial roles in both nurseries and crèches.
Most of my career was spent managing a shopping centre crèche which was rated as outstanding by Ofsted. Alongside this role as the Company Health and Safety Trainer I was responsible for training and supporting all of the Ikea Crèche Managers across the UK. I have also worked for a Management Training and Recruitment Consultancy and as a Support Manager within Tinies.
This experience enables me to recognise and select great childcarers.
I joined Tinies Northants supply team in February 2022 and joined Lynn as a Business Administrator / Consultant in May 2022. I have held various roles working within the child care industry and book keeping during my career, both of which I really enjoy. I love working with children, providing them with a wide range learning experiences to achieve their best possible outcomes.
I joined the Tinies Northants team in June 2023 I have many years of managerial, admin and customer service experience. I am passionate about providing excellent service and support. I enjoy assisting childcarers in their search for a new role and ensuring that clients can be confident that our candidates have been thoroughly checked and vetted.
