Nanny Reference Check
Reference checking is common place in the commercial world to verify the information given by a prospective employee and to gain an insight into the way they work
This is even more important when it comes to letting people into your home and to care for your little ones.
So how do you go about getting a nanny reference?
Getting nanny reference checks couldn't be easier!
We have years of experience in childcare recruitment and are adept at gaining relevant information to help our parents make that crucial decision when we are recruiting for them.
Nanny recommendations
Let us use our expertise to assist you with this aspect of your search for the right Nanny, so you're confident the nanny is coming to you recommended.
To initiate the nanny reference process you will need to provide us with your name, contact details and postcode (and those of your nanny).
Serviced by your local Tinies nanny agency
A local Tinies team member will contact you to talk about the reference for your nanny. They will ask you for the nanny's name, telephone number and email address so that they can get her authorisation to contact previous employers, so please prepare your nanny for this phone call.
What happens next?
Your local branch will liaise with both you and your nanny to ensure they have all of the necessary information. We have a standard nanny reference format which we have compiled with our many years of childcare experience but any specific requests for information can be discussed with your local Tinies contact.
They will then contact the referees by telephone and put together a report for you with the results of their conversations. Depending upon prompt responses we aim to have your references back within 10 working days.
On occasion we may be unable to disclose a reference or element of a reference at the request of the referee/previous employer. Where this occurs we will provide an additional reference free of charge.
