Position: Part-Time Nanny Location: Eaglesham, East Renfrewshire Days/Hours: Thursdays and Fridays, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Start Date: ASAP Child: 11-month-old girl (currently) Salary: £13–£18 gross per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Job Description: A warm and reliable part-time nanny is required to care for an 11-month-old girl in a loving family home based in Eaglesham. The nanny will be responsible for providing attentive, nurturing care and ensuring a safe, engaging environment that supports the child’s development and routine.
Key Responsibilities: • Providing attentive and loving care to the child throughout the day • Following and maintaining the child’s daily routine (naps, meals, playtime) • Planning age-appropriate activities to support developmental milestones • Preparing and serving healthy meals and snacks for the child • Carrying out light household duties related to the child (e.g., tidying toys, cleaning up after meals, laundry for the child) • Ensuring the child’s safety at all times, both indoors and outdoors
Requirements: • Previous experience caring for babies/toddlers in a nanny or childcare setting • Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with a caring and patient nature • Non-smoker • Driving licence and own transport preferred but not essential
