Level 3 Room Leader in Eastbourne

A vibrant nursery in Eastbourne are looking for a level 3 room leader to join the team in their growing pre-school room.

You'll be responsible to the deputy and nursery manager. The main duties include and are not limited to taking care of children ages 0-5 years ensuring the environment is stimulating and inviting to support their physical, emotional, and intellectual needs by planning and preparing activities. You'll be working as part of a team, liaising with other room leaders, while managing your own time to complete daily on-going tasks as well as delegating to other members of staff. You'll be required to implement, monitor and review the day to day routine for children. Working with and liaising with parents to support children in the nursery setting, using tapestry to share information will be a part of the role.

You'll also be a key holder, as well as responsible for keeping and monitoring accidents, incident and risk assessment records, while keeping up to date with current issues and on-going training.
