The Tinies Family

Tinies is a family of passionate people committed to children with more than 45 years of experience helping parents, nurseries and childcarers find their perfect match.

Our team of professional childcarers provide in-home childcare solutions, allowing parents to get the extra breathing space and peace of mind they need. The Tinies family also proudly supplies nurseries across the UK with committed and fully vetted nursery staff, always ensuring a personalised approach so we can fully understand their specific needs.

Our consultants follow a thorough recruitment process to make sure we only source the safest, most reliable and skilled professionals. All our childcarers have enhanced DBS or PVG checks and are fully referenced and, where required, have a Paediatric First Aid qualification, other Early Years qualification or equivalent experience.

We recognise that the childcare industry is full of hard-working, passionate people who hold a crucial role in our communities. Our team of Tinies consultants help these candidates find rewarding jobs in the, at times, challenging but always rewarding childcare industry so they can continue to grow in their careers. Finding you a job is only one of the many things Tinies can support you with - discover our Tinies Voluntary Benefits Programme and the Tinies Learning Academy.

The nanny immediately developed a great rapport with the children and has already become an invaluable support. The children look forward to her coming to look after them.
