Preschool Room Leader

Do you love building dens, going on bug hunts and digging for gold in the garden? If so we have the job for you!

We are working with a nursery in the SO21 area who are looking for a motivated, experienced practitioner to join their team and lead the preschool team. As room leader you will be in charge of your room, supporting and training your staff team, ensuring the children have a safe and stimulating environment and work with parents to meet all of the children's needs

As room leader you will form part of the management team and need to work with the nursery manager and deputy to ensure smooth running of the setting and all policies and procedures are being followed.

This is a full time role and you need to have the following

• Level 3 or above childcare qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years post qualifying experience
• A sound understanding of child development
• Good EYFS knowledge
• Great organisational skills
• Good communication skills
• Leadership skills
• A love of working with children and helping them learn and develop

This is a full time role and salary is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience and is between £10-£10.25 per hour
