Nursery Room Leader

Tinies are assisting a fantastic Nursery in Melton Mowbray LE13 to recruit two full time, Level 3 Nursery Room Leaders. The nursery is based in a beautiful, wooded area where the learning and play of the children is centred around nature and the outdoors. The setting accommodates up to 93 children between the ages of 6 weeks to school age.

Full Time - 40 hours per week

Nursery Room Leader - Baby Room
Nursery Room Leader - 2 - 3 year Olds

Annual Salary up to £20,500 depending on experience.

Nursery Room Leader Requirements:

• Level 3 Early Years Childcare qualification or higher.
• Full working knowledge of the EYFS.
• Able to communication effectively with children, parents, and stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of child protection and safeguarding procedures.
• Experience working with digital systems.

Nursery Room Leader Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop high-quality practice.
• Work within the team to deliver outstanding care and education.
• Implement all policies and procedures.
• Work in partnership with parents and third-party agencies where required.
• Create and develop an environment for children that consistently meets the EYFS.
