This is a great opportunity to join a new nursery and work as part of the management team. As room leader your roe would include

• Working as part of the management team
• Line management of your nursery team
• Develop great partnerships with the children and families accessing the setting
• Make sure a stimulating and engaging environment is provided for the children
• Ensure the children's learning journals are kept up to date
• Promote the safeguarding of all the children in your care
• To make sure the EYFS is being implemented and a play based curriculum provided

For this role the nursery are looking for a room leader with

• A level 3 or above childcare qualification
• Minimum of 2 years post qualifying experience working in a nursery setting
• A good understanding of child development
• Good EYFS knowledge
• An ability to lead and motivate your team
