You will have a minimum of 3 years experience working in a managerial role in good to outstanding full day care settings. You will be able to manage change effectively with fantastic leadership skills and ambition to grow with the company. Experience in regional leadership or area management is highly desirable. You will have good understanding of IT and experience of nursery management programmes, record keeping and administration. You will understand how to continue to build occupancy, and engage with the local community to promote services. You will be able to work with the setting owners to develop strategies to continually improve provision, whilst able to act on your own initiative to deliver high quality leadership and day to day management of the nursery.

Tinies were outstanding. They are refreshingly honest and I genuinely felt they were looking to match us with the best nanny and was not just after a fee for placement!
