Term time Nursery Nurse

Outstanding Ofsted rated Term time only Nursery based in East Sheen are looking for two members, one permanent and the other on a three day a week basis from 3rd September - 21st October 2021 (temp).

Requirements

• Great organisational skills with minimal need for close supervision, can-do attitude,
positive energy, and real passion for helping children get the best possible start in
life.
• Solid understanding of EYFS and the statutory framework, and experience in putting
these to work to raise standards and meet Ofsted requirements.
• 2 years + experience in a nursery setting.
• Significant experience in Safeguarding and in developing and executing planning and
progression of children's development.
• Numerate with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Reliable and mature, with strong people skills, self confident and able to motivate.
• Flexible and receptive to change.
Nursery Practitioner Key responsibilities:
• Implement a high standard of safety, security and child protection, ensuring
procedures are applied properly by all staff.
• Maintain strong parent/ carer relationships, with positive ongoing engagement,
resolving any issues that arise working with the right people in the team.
• Count within ratio as a key worker and deliver excellent operational practice when
required, providing a good example to the peers.
• SENCO experience & Qualification required
