Room Manager

Understands that every child is unique and that all children develop in their own different ways. We strongly believe in the importance of harnessing children's imagination through their play so we can help nurture their creativity and develop a learning experience to 'tailor-fit' the individual child.

Role: Room Manager
Location: SW18, Wandsworth
Salary: £28,000-£30,000
Hours of Work: 45 hours per week, 9 hours

You must:
Have a passion for caring for Children
Hold a level 3 or above in Childcare
Have Disclosing and Barring Service (DBS)

Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Create a safe and stimulating environment where children feel safe
Act as a key worker supporting children's development
Build strong partnerships with parents, working together to support children
To ensure operational policies and procedures implemented are adhered to, ensuring relevant legislation is met.
To support and demonstrate inspiring and ambitious practice.
